What is MegaMail?
MegaMail by Megapixall is an all-in-one platform combining branded video email, custom AI avatars, AI-drafted documents with built-in e-signature, ringless voicemail, branded SMS, white-labeled client portals, customer upload links, drips, and an open REST API.
Who is MegaMail for?
Chambers of Commerce, service companies (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, pool, electrical, pest, landscaping), realtors and real-estate teams, agencies and consultants, coaches and educators, and any business that sends video, captures signatures, or runs a portal.
What's the relationship between MegaMail and Megapixall?
MegaMail is the flagship product of Megapixall, an engineering-led software company headquartered in Pinecrest, FL. Megapixall builds and operates MegaMail.
How is MegaMail different from Loom or Salesmail?
Loom does video. Salesmail does video and voicemail. MegaMail does video, voicemail, AI avatars, AI-drafted proposals, e-signature, client portals, customer upload links, approval workflows, intake forms, and an open API — replacing four tools with one.
Features
How is video email branded?
MegaMail auto-pulls your logo, colors, and fonts from your website domain when you sign up. You can also upload light/dark logos and the platform auto-picks the right one based on the recipient's device.
Can I record from any browser?
Yes — record from the MegaMail web app, the iOS/Android mobile app, or directly inside Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Zoho, AOL, or Proton via the Chrome extension.
How does the AI Document Suite work?
Type a one-line prompt — e.g. "sewer line replacement, 412 Maple, $24,800" — and MegaMail's AI generates a polished proposal with line items, scope, terms, and a signature block in 12 seconds.
Can I customize the client portal?
Fully. The portal can run on your domain (e.g. portal.yourbrand.com), use your logo, colors, fonts, and from-email. Members never see "MegaMail" branding.
AI Avatar
How does the AI avatar work?
Record a 5-minute training video once — looking at the camera, reading a provided script. Our system trains a custom avatar on your face, mannerisms, and (with consent) your voice. From then on, type any script and get a video in your face and voice in seconds.
How long does avatar training take?
Recording: 5 minutes. Processing: typically under 24 hours. Once approved, the avatar is available for unlimited videos.
Can the avatar speak other languages?
Yes — the multilingual pack supports 34 languages with your cloned voice. Useful for serving non-English-speaking customers without re-recording.
Can I use the avatar to send misleading content?
No. We require explicit consent for avatar creation, only the trained user can publish avatar videos, and avatars are watermarked at the file level. We have an explicit policy against impersonation, fraud, and political manipulation.
Can I delete my avatar?
Anytime. One click in your account permanently deletes the avatar model, the training data, and any avatar videos in the system.
Security & compliance
Is e-signature legally binding?
Yes — MegaMail's e-signature is ESIGN- and UETA-compliant in all 50 U.S. states. Every signed document includes a tamper-evident audit certificate showing IP, timestamp, and identity verification.
Is ringless voicemail TCPA-compliant?
Yes. We auto-honor STOP keywords, manage the federal DNC list, and provide a per-message audit trail. State-specific rules are enforced automatically.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in U.S.-based AWS data centers, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). EU customers can opt for EU-resident hosting.
Are you SOC 2 / GDPR / HIPAA compliant?
SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress (target Q3 2026). GDPR + CCPA: yes — DPA available on request. HIPAA: BAAs available for healthcare-tier customers.
How do you handle customer uploads?
All uploads are virus-scanned, encrypted, and access-controlled to the signed-in customer and your team only. Pre-signed URLs ensure no public access.
Billing
Is there really no credit card needed?
Correct. The 7-day trial requires no credit card. After 7 days you'll be asked to pick a plan to continue.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), ACH, and Apple Pay/Google Pay. Annual plans support invoicing for $5K+ orders.
Are setup fees refundable?
Yes — if we don't deliver your white-glove onboarding within 5 business days, the setup fee is fully refundable. (We've never had to issue a refund.)
What's your refund policy?
Cancel anytime. If you cancel during the 7-day trial, no charge. After that, you can cancel at any time and won't be billed for the next cycle. We don't pro-rate after-cycle cancellations.

What email clients does MegaMail support?
Native send and Chrome-extension recording in Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Zoho, AOL, and Proton Mail.
What CRMs do you integrate with?
Native: ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, BoomTown, GrowthZone, ChamberMaster, Weblink, HubSpot, Salesforce. Anything else: open REST API + webhooks + Zapier.
Can I send videos from my own domain?
Yes — connect your sending domain via SPF/DKIM and emails go out from name@yourdomain.com. We handle all the deliverability infrastructure.
Do you support Stripe / payments?
Yes — connect Stripe in one click to collect deposits at signature, full payments on completion, or recurring subscriptions.

Can my Miami-Dade Chamber white-label the member portal?
Yes — fully white-labeled. The Greater Miami Chamber, Coral Gables Chamber, Miami Beach Chamber, Doral Chamber, and Hispanic Chamber affiliates run member portals on their own domain (e.g. members.yourchamber.org) with their logo, colors, and from-email. Native sync with GrowthZone and ChamberMaster.
Do you offer in-person onboarding in Miami?
Yes — we host quarterly in-person onboarding events at our Pinecrest office. Starter+Setup customers get a 60-min white-glove onboarding call by default, in-person if you're local.
What about Miami agencies and Wynwood creative shops?
Branded approval rooms, signed SOWs, and Stripe-powered deposits are perfect for Wynwood creative agencies, Brickell consultancies, and Coral Gables boutique studios. LATAM-facing agencies use our bilingual avatar pack (Spanish + Portuguese) for Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico clients.
Are bilingual avatars (English/Spanish) included for Miami?
The base avatar is English. Spanish, Portuguese, and 32 other languages are available via the Multilingual Avatar Pack ($29/mo add-on). Critical for Miami-Dade and Broward markets, and a major win for Hispanic Chamber affiliates.
Does MegaMail work for HVAC / plumbing techs in the field?
Yes — the mobile app lets techs record branded videos from the truck. Native ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and Jobber integrations auto-trigger flows on job-complete events.
Is the e-signature accepted by title companies?
Yes — ESIGN/UETA-compliant in all 50 states with audit certificates accepted by title and escrow companies.
Can multiple agents on a real-estate team share a workspace?
Yes — invite as many agents as you need. Each agent is a separate paid seat at the plan rate (e.g. five agents on the $49/mo Starter plan = $245/mo total) and gets their own face, brand, and stats.
