The story
From four tabs to one inbox.
Megapixall started in 2024 in Pinecrest, Florida (33156) when our founder watched a Pinecrest-area HVAC shop run on seven open browser tabs — Loom, Mailchimp, DocuSign, a portal, a CRM, an SMS tool, and a spreadsheet. Every customer interaction crossed five tools.
We asked a simple question: why isn't this one product? A year later, MegaMail was that product. We stayed in Pinecrest — close to our customers in Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, South Miami, Cutler Bay, Kendall, Coral Gables, Doral, Brickell, and Key Biscayne — and grew the platform from there.
Today MegaMail powers 2,847 senders across 38 states, with the strongest concentration here in Miami-Dade. We answer support tickets ourselves, host quarterly in-person onboarding events in our Pinecrest office, and believe the next decade of business software belongs to whoever can replace four tools with one.
